There are just over 500 pitches, 370 of which are owner occupied meaning that it is a very friendly site with many owners only clubs and events organised, as well as exclusive clubs for kids and teens. The site is pet friendly and has some lovely walks along the coast and nearby Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park. The historic West Somerset heritage steam railway runs past not far from the site enabling a trip to the coastal resort of Minehead. There are fantastic indoor and outdoor swimming pools with slides and inflatables, an all weather sports court, crazy golf, climbing wall, zip wire and rope.
